REFUND POLICY

Unopened product may be retuned for refund within 7 days of purchase. All refunds require a return authorization number. To obtain an RA# for refunds, please go to the contact section of this site and send an email to “Support” with a refund request describing clearly the exact reason for refund. You will be issued by email a return authorization number. Please reference that number and send complete unit and packaging with a copy of original invoice/receipt to 6511 Nova Drive, Suite 188, Davie, FL 33317. Under normal circumstances, it will take 5 to 7 business days to process refund once they arrive at our Returns Center. Packages not having an assigned RA Number will be refused.

EXCHANGES:

If you received a damaged unit, please go to the contact section of this site and send an email to “Support” for a replacement request describing clearly the exact defect. You will be issued by email a return authorization number. SALES TAX

Secret Scentsations Inc will include sales tax based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of purchase. We will only charge tax in states where units purchased via the internet are taxable. No other customers are eligible for tax exemptions for purchases made on SecretScentsations.com.
